Qualifications:
15+ years experience in diagnosing & repairing all makes and models of motorcycles, atv/utv, snowmobiles, and watercraft
Specialized in advanced European motorcycle diagnostic and repair (BMW, Aprilia, Ducati, Triumph, etc)
Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience is highly preferred
Experienced technicians need to provide both basic and special tools
Ability to push motorcycles weighing up to 800 lbs.
Hold a valid driver’s license with M1 endorsement.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
Responsibilities:
Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible
Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness
Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all makes, models, and brands
Assist in training and teaching entry level technicians
