Motor Vehicle Title Clerk

Overview

Sun Enterprises is seeking a qualified candidate to fulfill an open Motor Vehicle Title Clerk position. A Motor Vehicle title clerk processes documents for state registration and completes required documentation, including sales tax and title documents. The Motor Vehicle title clerk validates accuracy and completeness including required signatures on sales deal related documents.

Responsible for:

· Submitting contracts via mail, fax or email scan to contracting bank for dealership funding.

· Maintain MSO’s and titles in an easily accessible manner. Required to accurately and efficiently process 250+ titles per month with a high success rate of 1st time submissions.

· Capability of tracking all records sent out for processing to counties and funding banks.

· Current State of Colorado Notary commission is required.

· Must be customer service focused.

· Ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic and demonstrates a high level of integrity.

Prior experience using Lightspeed EVO is preferred.
