Salary Range: Hourly Rate plus incentive bonuses

Steel City Harley-Davidson, is an award-winning Harley dealership located just 20 miles South of Pittsburgh, PA.  We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Service Writer/Advisor.  Steel City will provide you with all the training and skills needed to advance and be successful in your Harley career.

Key Responsibilities

· Great customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

· Accurately document customer concerns and motorcycle issues

· Prepare detailed repair orders, ensuring all service requests and customers authorizations are properly recorded.

· Provide cost estimates and explain recommended services and repairs

· Update customers on job statuses using our texting service platform.

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a service writer or advisor in the Harley-Davidson, powersports, automotive are preferred

· Knowledge of Harley-Davidson and related service/repair procedures is highly desirable.

· Strong customer service skills

· Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in fast paced environment

· Valid motorcycle license
