Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson Family of Dealerships is looking for someone to join our Service Department. Since opening our doors in 2004, we have grown to include seven locations all located in the shadows of and within the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
We are surrounded by some of the Nation’s best riding trails, including the alluring 43-mile Cherohala Skyway, the world-renowned Highway 129 “Dragon” known for its 318 consecutive banked curves in only 11 miles providing an unparalleled rush, and Highway 441 providing breathtaking views for your travels over the Smokies to Cherokee N.C. Apart from the phenomenal riding experiences we provide, our home location offers an on property restaurant where you can enjoy cold drinks and delicious BBQ, as well as a 16,000 square-foot megawatt covered outdoor pavilion we call “The Shed” that hosts our outdoor concerts and events.

We are a well-established award-winning family of dealerships who take pride in offering superior customer service and hiring experienced, knowledgeable team members. Our family of Harley-Davidson dealerships is now accepting applications for entry level and experienced technicians. We offer top income potential for the right candidates. Harley-Davidson MMI Certification is required for entry level technicians. We provide ongoing training with opportunity for advancement. Candidate must have a clean driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement.
