Service Writer

Duties

  • Handles repair order changes, warranty validation and claims coverage’s including computation of charges, submission and follow-up
  • Open repair orders and maintain control until closed and invoiced
  • Maintains current customer information
  • Develop relationships with customers through successful management of product or service delivery
  • Track repairs and causes
  • Schedule technicians
  • Performs cost estimates for repairs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma

Preferred 

  • Product knowledge
  • Previous experience
  • Valid CM1 Driver’s License
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Light Speed and Evo
