Candidates must be sincere, self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Parkway Cycle is currently looking for a highly motivated, aggressive; take-charge Service Writer.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multitasking
  • Follow a structured sales process
  • Have working knowledge of Powersports including motorcycles, ATV's, dirt bikes, jet skis and snowmobiles – if it's got a motor, we work on it!
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be comfortable speaking with customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service in the marketplace
