Job Duties:
-Provide customer service with a smile
-Use knowledge of Harley-Davidson to assess the known and unknown needs of each customer
-Collaborate with scheduler to distribute work to technicians
-Work to ensure technician needs are met to complete jobs
-Ensure that all work previously promised to customer is completed
-Following up daily on warranty, billing, and repair orders
-Constant contact with customers (drop off, pickup, updating status of work)
Qualities We’re Looking For:
-Product knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles required
-Polite, positive, and upbeat attitude
