Premium Cincinnati metric multi-line dealership group is experiencing massive growth and is now looking to build the service team even more..  
 
Immediate opening for Lead tech/shop foreman that we can enroll into our Master Tech program while working with junior techs to handle day to day work flow.   Any BRP service experience is a plus as it will help with achieving Master Certification but not needed.

Also accepting applications for B and C scale technicians who want to take their career to the next level. These are full time positions with year round work, and a training schedule to help keep you up to date and informed on all processes and procedures.

 
Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and periodic maintenance on vehicles as well as accessory installs
  • Troubleshoot and repair vehicles
  • Complete assigned work orders
  • Communicate with other departments as needed
  • Maintain and secure work tools
  • Clean and maintain work/yard area
  • Ensure adequate training to maintain knowledge on all products
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
  • Must have basic tools needed to perform job duties, Any OEM special tools will be provided. 
  • Advanced skills required through Technicians Certificate or Factory Training
  • Ability to read and interpret bulletins and service manuals
  • Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive image to the public.
  • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic; with an emphasis on honesty and integrity as the cornerstone of your character
