Job Description:

  • Provide prompt, dependable, high quality service.
  • Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
  • Complete repair work within the scheduled time.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Perform assigned work on Motorcycles with efficiency and accuracy.
  • After the job is finished ensure proper completion and filing of all paperwork and proper tagging and disposal of parts.
  • Keep work areas as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
  • Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • A – B Level Techs Min. $50k – $80k
  • C – D Level Techs Min. $25k – $50k. No tools required. MMI or Equivalent Trade School / On the job training available.
  • Basic knowledge of Honda Motorcycles.
  • Basic understanding of metric bikes, ORVs, ATVs, and Off-Road bikes.
  • Dependable, organized and self-motivated.
  • Experience working in a motorcycle repair facility preferred.
  • Own your tools to perform the tasks required.
  • Must have a valid C and M1 driver's license.
  • Able to work Saturdays.
  • Have a positive attitude, be hardworking and a team player.
  • Must be able to provide proof of prior work experience.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with the public.
  • Bronze level Honda Tech Required within first 6 months of employment. We provide the online training modules.
