Service Receptionist/Cashier/Rental Agent

Overview

We are a  Southern California Harley-Davidson Dealership that is growing and we are looking to add an exceptional person to our team that we are building to be our  Service Receptionist/Cashier/Secretary.
 
We are looking for someone that has an outgoing, customer friendly personality who has experienced in taking incoming calls and transferring them to the proper person. Taking messages with accurate information when a person is not available and then relaying the message to the proper person. Duties would also include making customer call backs to ask how a customer’s experience with the dealership was and then having someone follow up after the call when necessary. Taking payment and closing out customer work orders from customers when they are picking up their motorcycle . Doing general clerical work necessary to assist the Service Department.
 
We need a person that is driven, great attitude, works as a team player and does what is necessary to make it the best experience for the customer and make the whole process flow smoothly.

You will also help cover the Motorcycle rental counter with scheduling, contracting, and prepring motorcycles for pick-up.
 
Phone skills and computer experience necessary. Microsoft Office and Talon experience would be beneficial. Prior dealership experience would also be beneficial.
