I am looking for a "Turn Key" Service Manager to run our Service department in our new Level Five Honda Powerhouse store here in Deland, Florida

WE ARE THE NUMBER ONE HONDA SELLING DEALER IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA!

Lets start off by saying you must have Motorcycle or Automotive Dealership Service Manager experience.

We are a Level 5 Honda Powerhouse dealer!

We are looking for someone who stands out and really is the best at what they do.

We consider the "product" we offer to be much more than motorcycle repairs; it is the entire customer experience associated with every interaction with our company. To deliver a consistently high quality customer experience takes outstanding people with great attitudes. Here is where YOU come in. . .

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team. We want all customers to be comfortable and relaxed throughout the repair process, and to feel that they are in good hands and being treated with respect; this only happens when you have a great leader and great people serving the customer.

Successful candidates possess all of the following:

1. Able to help all customers regardless of the bike they ride.

2. Treat CUSTOMERS LIKE PEOPLE that have feelings and come to you for help, understanding and empathy

3. Likes to LEARN & GROW! Don't worry we won't teach you how to ride a unicycle, but we do want someone who is not a "know-it-all" and is excited about learning something new and open to the idea that maybe there is a better way than you have always done it.

4. ACCEPTS FEEDBACK without taking it personal and worried we don't want you any longer if you make a mistake we need it corrected.

5. Wants to be in a company that comes TOGETHER AS A TEAM for work and for fun — we don't need any lone wolves.

6. Understands the importance of ORGANIZATION and PAPERWORK

7. Takes RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS without whining about how much it sucks to be you and blaming everyone else when something goes wrong — come on, be willing to take personal blame for your own shortcomings and learn from them!

8. Willing to openly SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS AND IDEAS with others on how we can improve and grow our company, even if you think it's dumb -Come on, put it out there, let us decide if it's stupid. (I bet you it's probably brilliant)

THIS IS A HARD JOB, YOU MUST HAVE TOUGH SKIN TO WORK IN THE MOTORCYCLE BUSINESS , SO WHINERS AND/OR CRY BABIES NEED NOT APPLY HERE.
