Overview
This postion is at our Country Roads location in Cookeville, Tennessee. Excellent work environment and benefits package.
Intakes customer vehicles, diagnoses problems and service needs, schedules work, and communicates job status to customer.
Major Duties:
*Assist Service Manager in maintaining a smooth running effiicient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
*Diagnose problems accurately and clearly describe them on the repair order.
*Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale and clearly communicate to customer.
*Review work in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
*Determine correct part numbers on repair orders and assist the parts department.
*Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
*Handle customer complaints reasnably, showing empathy and a positive attitude.
*Must have a current valid motorcycle license.
