SERVICE ADVISOR / WRITER

Overview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for  experienced, self motivated, customer service oriented Service Advisors.  We have several locations in the Metroplex- DFW, Texas area.  This position requires extensive knowledge in the service area industry and the ability to work at a fast pace while still providing excellent customer service.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

*  Superior communication and customer service skills.
*  High knowledge and experience with servicing all makes and metrics of pwersports vehicles, and ability to learn them quickly.
*  Lightspeed experience and knowledge is a desired qualification.
*  Ability to work in a fast paced enviornment, independently without a continuous management oversight.
*  Willingness to work in an Extremely TEAM focused enviornment promoting the company and it's success.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS:

*  Assist Service Department Manager in maintaining a seemless, efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
*  Determine correct part numbers on repair orders and assist parts department with picking and posting of parts before the job starts.
*  Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, including and proper storage of these items.
*  Preparing estimates for internal repairs and services needed.
*  Scheduling of current customer base seasonal maintenance services to develop continued customer/service relations for consistent repeat business.
*  Consistent and timely processing of all service orders flowing  through the department.
*  Assignment of jobs to appropriate technicians based on skill sets and job needs.
*  Appropriate estimates on cost and completion times at point of sale.  Clear and focused communication with customers throughout entire service process.
*  Selling additional services and warranties as needed to help meet customers needs and improve overall revenue for the service department.
*  Customer Serivce is an extremely important function in this role – you are the first point of contact with our customers and it needs to be handled professionaly and friendly at all times.
