ABC Harley-Davidson is seeking a qualified, self-motivated individual who communicates well, and values customer satisfaction to join our award winning service department as a service advisor. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Intaking customer vehicles
* Determining customer’s service needs
* Addressing customer concerns
Both superior communication skills and excellent customer service are required. Motorcycle experience is a plus, must be computer literate and well organized. Lightspeed experience a plus.
Motorcycle endorsement and good driving record are mandatory.
