Service Advisor

Overview

FOOTHILLS BMW/TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES is looking for service writers for our stores in the Denver Colorado area.

In a Foothills BMW/Triumph Motorcycles department, our goal is simple: Provide Excellent customer service while getting the job done proficiently, professionally and timely.

Service Advisor/Writer:
-Service advisors are the interface between the customer and the technician. You will be checking customers in/out, providing and executing estimates, as well as generating and cashiering repair orders. Service advisors are powerful salespeople in the dealership! Not only do they sell service, but they sell parts and sometimes help lead their service customers on to becoming new sales customers!
-Must possess excellent customer service skills. This includes, but is not limited to: Ability to listen to customer concerns and convert them to written instructions for technicians. Timely and complete follow through on questions, estimates, progress notifications, and project completion. Customer satisfaction must be of the highest priority.
-Must work well with a diverse client base, technicians, and coworkers. Team player!
-Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic are not only requirements for the position but necessary for success.
-Although experience in the industry is preferred, we will train the right person. Experience with Lightspeed NXT is definitely a plus!
-Must hold a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement and maintain a clean driving record.
-Must have the ability to push/ride a variety of motorcycles proficiently as necessary.
-Applicants should have the ability to type, be technically minded, proficient with modern technology and forms of communication, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
