Service Advisor

Overview

Ace Motorsports is looking for a Service Advisor to fill an immediate opening.

-Must possess excellent customer service skills. These include, but are not limited to: Ability to listen to customer concerns and convert them to written instructions for technicians. Timely and complete follow through on questions, estimates, progress notifications, and project completion. Customer satisfaction must be of the highest priority.
-Must work well with a diverse client base, technicians, and coworkers. Team player!
-Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic are not only requirements for the position but necessary for success.
-Although experience in the industry is preferred, we will train the right person. Experience with Lightspeed NXT is definitely a plus!
-Must hold a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement and maintain a clean driving record.
-Applicants should have the ability to type, be technically minded, proficient with modern technology and forms of communication, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
