Spooky Fast – a custom finishing and parts manufacturing/distribution facility in Scottsdale, Arizona, is now hiring a Service Advisor to join our talented team.

With over 40,000 square feet of state-of-the-art equipment and some of the most talented artists and fabricators in the industry, Spooky Fast Custom Finishing can transform just about anything from run-of-the-mill to one-of-a-kind.
Spooky Fast is the newest Powersports enterprise operation by the world-renowned entrepreneur, Bob Parsons. We specialize in conceiving, creating and fabricating custom designs which highlight each client's unique style. Job Description: 
Intake of customers and vehicles/projects, provide professional quotes, be a quick problem solver, professionally communicate service needs  and job status with clients, schedules work, assigns jobs to service technicians, and follow up with clients after work is completed.                          

What we require:

  • Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have motorcycle industry knowledge
  • Candidate should have previous paint, fabrication, powder coat or Hydro dipping knowledge
  • Must be computer literate and able to work with Xls
  • Current Motorcycle License
  • Strong customer service background
