Position Overview
This role is perfect for a passionate technician who takes pride in their workmanship and thrives on a variety of technical challenges across multiple brands. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of powersports vehicles and major-brand e-bikes to ensure they operate at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain dirt bikes, e-bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles across major OEM lines.
Perform advanced mechanical work, including full motor rebuilds and precise valve adjustments.
Execute suspension services, including both fork and shock rebuilds.
Handle routine maintenance tasks such as tire changes, general servicing, and advanced electrical/e-bike diagnostics.
Maintain strict quality control to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop in optimal condition.
Safely perform heavy lifting and utilize dealership equipment in accordance with safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a service technician in a powersports or motorsport dealership service department (highly preferred).
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in complex repair procedures across various OEM platforms (metric, European, and major e-bike brands).
