Are you passionate about powersports and skilled at turning great deals into unforgettable riding experiences? We’re looking for a dynamic individual to handle both finance management and customer sales in our fast-paced, high-energy dealership.
Position: Finance Manager / Salesperson
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in financing motorcycles, ATVs, and other Kawasaki vehicles
Present financing and protection options in a transparent, customer-friendly manner
Maintain relationships with lenders and stay updated on current rates and programs
Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm
Meet and exceed dealership sales goals
🧠 Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in finance, sales, or retail (powersports or automotive background is a plus!)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of loan applications, credit reports, and related documentation
A passion for powersports and helping customers find their perfect ride
