BIG#1 Motorsports, the Leader in the Powersports Industry, is expanding their sales team. We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead a team of 3 salespeople at very large dealership. You will be responsible for training and coaching salespeople, handling trade-ins, negotiating deals, and working with the business department to secure finance approvals. Sales team will be responsible for selling a minimum of 500 units per year.
Applicants must have management experience or a minimum of two years in powersports sales. Position is commissioned based with a guarantee of $50k plus monthly and yearly performance bonuses.
