Performance Machine, LLC is the leading manufacturer of aftermarket brakes, wheels and components in the motorcycle industry. Our operations include Assembly, CNC Machining and Polishing. We are looking for a Sales Support/Customer Service Rep to join our team!

Essential Duties:

  • Provide sales and customer service support through both outbound and inbound telephone calls
  • Help service and manage an active customer base via telephone and email
  • Track, meet and exceed customer service goals
  • Identify customer needs proactively and have a sense of ownership and care when handling those needs
  • Provide support to the Outside Sales Team
  • Act as a liaison to the manufacturing plant for the sales representatives
