Motorcycles of Charlotte (MOC) is looking to add to our team.
We are in search of our next great sales person and technician.
Sales person should be confident and very motivated. Product knowledge of the brands we sell (www.bmw-ducati.com for a lisr) a definite plus but knowing the sales process is what matters most. Technicians: Are you BMW certified? Are you Ducati certified? We are looking for technicians who are familiar with the brands we service (www.bmw-ducati.com for a complete list) as well as basic service on all brands. Must be self-motivated, understand how to work on flat rate, and must be willing to work together as a team. You should be able to communicate well with Service Advisors and Managers. We are wanting a technician who takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. Willing to go the extra mile.
You must want to further your industry education by attending certification classes/updates. You must have motorcycle endorsement and a clean driving record. Pay level determined by experience.
