Motorcycle Sales Represenative

We are looking for an experienced Sales Represenative to help lead our dealership to the next level of Powersports Sales.

We are looking for a Full-Time Career Sales Represenative with a proven sales track record, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.  The candidate must possess a Great Attitude, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and develop our sales force.  Must be a team player and have sales experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Sales experience
  • Motorcycle Endorsement
  • Must be insurable
  • Excellent communication skills

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products
  • Present the products features and benefits to customers
  • Cross promote the sale of additional parts, accessories, F & I products, & warranties with all sales of new and used vehicles
  • Ensure timely and correct completion of all paperwork
  • Introduce new customers to the service, parts, and F & I departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom with a variety of vehicles set-up with different accessories and paint schemes

 Customer Service:

  • Provide high quality motorcycle sales to customers by using current proactive sales techniques.
  • Greet customers immediately
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly
  • Create accurate paperwork
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude.

 Commitments:

  • Superior customer service by maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees, GM and owner.
  • Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling
  • Be honest and fair in all business dealings
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis
  • Stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features.
