Overview

At Kent Powersports our sales staff is the face of the dealership. Sales personnel will be required to Greet, Format, Build a relationship, and log every customer that comes into Kent Powersports. All sales staff must be able to follow our proven sales process to increase number of sales and profit per sale. All Kent Powersports employees are expected to show up daily with "P.I.E." (POSITIVE attitude, INTEGRITY, high ENERGY). Sales employees are required to be knowledgeable on all brands sold including Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, Waverunner, Suzuki, Gem, BRP, Seadoo,  Can Am, and more (depending on location). Sales staff must be willing to work overtime, attend events, participate in training sessions, and do what is needed for the dealership to be successful.

SALES MANAGER: 
sales manager applicants need to have several years dealership experience, positive friendly attitude, be self motivated, dependable, have excellent problem solving skills, and an ALL ACTION NO EXCUSES outlook to be successfully. 

Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Outgoing Positive attitude
  • Self motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask
  • passion for powersports/motorcycle endorsement
  • have experience with Motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, Watercraft, ect…
  • must be punctual and dependable
  • must be able to pass a background check and be insurable for test rides (pass MVR)
  • bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • previous sales experience

Dealership locations and hours are:

Selma (San Antonio) TX: Tues-Sat 9am-7pm
Kyle (Austin) TX: Tues-Sat 9am-6pm
