Sales Manager – Dealership

Black Cat Harley-Davidson is searching for a productive and energetic Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee all sales department employees and operations. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic who will be able to manage the sales department and provide customers with prompt, dependable and premium experience. Black Cat Harley-Davidson is committed to maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. The individual chosen will be required to:

• Oversee and manage all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles as well as trade-ins and delivery of new and used vehicles
• Make sure sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit
• Determine sales goals for sales employees and ensure sales employees are motivated and available when needed
• Model superior customer service, treat all employees and customers fairly, and be honest in fair in all aspects of the job
• Hire, train and lead sales team
• Maintain an inventory control system
• Maintain showroom with a variety of vehicle set-ups which draws customers
• Establish all departmental work schedules and set goals and objectives for sales department among other assigned duties

Black Cat Harley-Davidson will pay our Sales Manager a competitive compensation. The individual should have sales experience and knowledge with Harley-Davidson or Metric motorcycles, or the ability to quickly learn them.
