General Sales Manager
We are a recently renovated and expanded multi line metric motorcycle dealership. We are looking for a Sales manager to take us to the next level. The right person will have past experience in this role. Our brands include Honda, Yamaha, Cf Moto and Kawasaki. We are located in an upper middle class suburb of Kansas City. We provide a dealership team that is long term and very dedicated. Excellent benefits and salary.
Qualifications
Must be familiar with 4/square
Strong selling and closing skills
Desking experience
Closing experience
F&I knowledge or experience
Leadership abilities
Know and be able to teach the sales process
Computer experience (lightspeed NXT a plus)
Be able to lead weekly sales meetings
Must be a self-starter and require little direction
Punctual attendance
In store marketing
