Sales Manager

Freedom Cycle located in Concord, NH currently has an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated team player as a sales manager. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of motorcycle/Snowmobile sales associates.  The appropriate candidate will have a proven track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals in an automotive or motorcycle environment. Good product knowledge in the motorcycle and snowmobile environment. They must provide training and manage conflicts, while showing good judgment, empathy and a fiduciary responsibility.

The appropriate candidate will have a proven track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals in an automotive or motorcycle environment.  This will require a fabulous attitude; a professional and courteous demeanor and the ability to exhibit exceptional customer service that will build and maintain lasting customer relationships and CSI.  Your job will not end with the sale of the bike but continue each and every time that customer comes into our store.
