Quadriga Motor Sports seeks a Sales Manager for its Wild Prairie Harley-Davidson® location. This exciting opportunity to lead, strengthen and motivate the sales team combines your passion for riding with the potential to earn $100k+. Requirements:
 

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident
  • Conduct business under the guidance of our Mission Statement while ensuring that sales processes and procedures are followed
  • Work 50-60 hours/week in-season and 40-50 hours/week off-season
  • Actively recruit sales team members as well as riding with customers

 
Experience:
 

  • Minimum of 5 years Harley-Davidson® motorcycle sales experience
  • Defining individual team member coaching needs and establishing proper ways to bring them to their full potential
  • Achieving goals for the department and sales people daily, weekly and monthly
  • Managing the reconditioning process for trades
  • Desking/closing deals
  • Ensuring all leads are entered into CRM and followed up on
  • Must have a valid motorcycle endorsement
