Progressive multi-line regional dealership in Ventura California needs to replace the loss of trusted 23 year associate.  Our sales manager is leaving to make a lifestyle change and we are poised to grow our business in an improving economy.  In business for over 35 years, we sell Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, and Can Am and do a strong used volume with good gross.  This is a well capitalized solid operation with long term staff in a supportive team environment.
We are accepting applications now for an experienced sales manager.  We will be hiring based first on unwavering integrity, an uncompromising dedication to customer  service, and an ability to work as a team member with our long term and experienced staff.
We are looking for a proven track record, good references, and a reputation for team building.  We will need you to hire, train, and coach your sales staff.  Your duties will include managing manufacturers programs, finance programs, inventory, working deals, buying used inventory, and marketing.  Any experience in online marketing and sales will be beneficial.
We are offering a generous commission based pay plan with additional benefits including vacation, medical, and training and we offer a five day work week.  We use LightSpeed DMS and V-Sept follow up sales software.  We have a new state of the art facility on the freeway in Ventura California and we offer one of the nicest places to live on the coast.  We are one hour north of Los Angeles and still retain a “country” feel , away from the big city pressures.
