                                 **SALES MANAGER**
 
Mountain Creek Harley-Davidson, located in beautiful Dalton, GA, is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager.  Mountain Creek H-D is a full service, 32,000 sq ft facility.  We continue to aggressively grow our business and we are currently in the running to be a 2014 Bar and Shield dealer.  In 2012 & 2013 we had the largest percentage increase in the Southern Region in new bike sales and have steadily been growing at 30% in new motorcycle allocation increase.  This is the highest percentage that a H-D dealer can grow new motorcycle allocation at.  We have established a strong niche in the custom Harley-Davidson world.  Last year we had H-D motorcycles featured in both Road Iron and American Bagger Magazines.  In the sales department we currently employ 4 sales people and a dedicated F&I manager.  This position will also be a key holder and back the F&I manager up, so F&I experience is a must.  We offer a competitive salary plus commission pay structure and after a 90 day employment period we also offer benefits. The applicant should have experience as a Sales Manager at an OEM motorcycle dealership,  preferably Harley-Davidson.
