Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure every guest feels welcome
Use floor time effectively to satisfy customer needs and promote the Harley-Davidson brand of products
Ensure the delivery to customer is an “EVENT” which is consistent with the Harley-Davidson of Greensboro experience
Cultivate prospects (ie. showroom customer follow-up, phone-in inquiries, previous owners, etc.)
Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Motorcycle or automobile sales: 1-2 years experience required
Must have the ability to get along with a broad customer base
High energy level
Be self-motivated, positive, driven and helpful
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills"
Knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them
Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the profitability of the dealership
Motorcycle endorsement preferred but not required
