Salary Range: $25-$30/hr + bonus + benefits

This is NOT Flat Rate, will be billed hourly – Bonus based on output, including bonus

B-Level TECHNICIAN

We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience and a strong interest in motorcycles / motorsports.

While motorcycle experience is preferred, candidates with experience in automotive, boat, RV, or equipment repair will also be considered.

Skills/Qualifications:

Candidate should be able to:

  • Accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units in for service
  • Diagnose and repair motorcycles efficiently and accurately
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and brake repairs
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Perform inspections and test rides to ensure quality of work
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area
  • Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
  • Provide clear written records of all repairs performed
  • Follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
  • Meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of mechanical shop experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • The ability to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs.
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
