ENTRY-LEVEL TECHNICIAN

Our 20,000 square-foot dealership features an expansive showroom featuring virtually every Honda model available, a top-of-the-line Honda certified service center and fully-stocked parts, apparel and accessories department.

Roseville Honda is seeking a qualified, self-motivated Service Advisor and Entry-Level Technician who communicate well, and value customer satisfaction to join our award-winning service department and RHM family.

Honda parts and accessories knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Training on all Honda motorsports products will be provided..

Skills/Qualifications:

• Candidate must be able to:
  • accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units in for service
  • perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
  • work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
  • provide clear written records of all repairs performed
  • work in a clean and professional manner
  • follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
  • train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians
  • meet deadlines and complete work productively and profitably
  • minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur

Job Requirements:

• 1-3 years of mechanical experience preferred (but not required)
• Basic computer skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must possess valid driver license with a motorcycle endorsement
• Be in possession of a complete set of tools
