Our growing company is searching for amazing PT Motorcycle Training Instructors!!
We are also hiring a FT Motorcycle Training Manager to oversee the entire Harley-Davidson Riding Academy.
Our expectations are high and only the best need apply. You must have passion for riding, excellent communication skills, and be amazing at building relationships. You must enjoy a lively, fun culture and thrive on talking to people.
Partial list of Duties
Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction to new motorcycle riders utilizing the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Content and Motorcycle Safety Foundation curriculum
Assess the learning outcomes of students within the course
Maintain a fun, safe, and informative instructional environment for everyone
Classroom management ensuring student participation, but also keeping subject matter relevant and on task
Requirements
8+ years riding experience
Advanced level skills in riding motorcycles
Above average communication skills, patience and compassion
Passion for Harley-Davidson
Must own your own Harley-Davidson motorcycle
Clean Driving Record (no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years, no major violations)
