Duties

  • Explain the motorcycle classes in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Answer questions and sign up CA residents into a motorcycle class
  • Overcome any customer objections about classes
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information
  • Present a positive attitude and disposition
  • Build rapport with customers

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Ability to type and use the phone and computer together
  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute many tasks at once
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, both orally and written
  • Must have exemplary customer service abilities to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change with a fast-paced business environment
  • Must present a professional and friendly demeanor
