EuroCycle Group is growing, and we're currently seeking a Rockstar Retail Manager for our new Superstore in Las Vegas!
This position will manage the retail Parts, Apparel, and Accessory department in our brand-new mulitmillion-dollar flagship store. Specifially, managing Apparel and Accessories for our European brands and the exclusive premium aftermarket mini-stores.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of success within a retail environment such as a clothing or department store. Experince within an Automotive, RV, Marine, or Motorcycle dealership is encouraged but not required – although they must be an unstoppable sales machine.
The Retail Manager builds, trains, and manages a Team of Retail Specialists and Cashiers, training, coaching, and leading by example through direct interaction with guests on the sales floor. They are an expert at Customer Experience, managing a cashier station, and controlling inventory. They also manage wholesale vendor relationships and purchasing for the Dealer Group.
This is a full-time position with unlimited opportunity for advancement. Medical, Dental, and 401(k) included. $40-$80k annually with uncapped earning potential.
