EagleRider, the world leader in motorcycle rental and tours, has an immediate opening for a Retail Experience Manager for our Palm Springs location. 

Job Description:

The Retail Experience Specialist leads a Team to drive apparel & accessory sales, rental revenue, and upsell products within an EagleRider location. He/She accomplishes this by effectively managing the Customer Path and Customer Experience. Profit through serving the Customer is the goal of this position. The local rental and retail Customer Service staff members report to the Retail Experience Specialist. He/she is required to coach, manage, and develop his Team. Creating a premium retail atmosphere while maintaining strict standards of ethics, integrity, and good judgment is vital. He is accountable for the retail store, and is required to run a healthy, profitable business.
 
Key Performance Indicators:

• Effectively managing Customer Experience and Customer Path within location
• Managing local Rental Department
• Managing Retail Apparel & Accessory Department
• Ensuring that each department runs efficiently and profitably
• Managing all personnel
• Achieving all goals as set by Budget Plan

 
Minimum Standards of Performance:

• Achieve Budget Plan for Rental and Retail Departments
• Maintaining a World-Class Professional Facility
• Managing a dynamic, professional staff
• Ensuring the ideal Customer Experience is met
