**Key Responsibilities:**
– Recruiting, hiring, and training a team of Fit Specialists.
– Mastery of the basic 9-step sales process.
– Analyzing and driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance sales productivity.
– Leading and motivating Fit Specialists to achieve and surpass their KPIs.
– Ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer experiences, reflecting our brand standards.
