While past parts experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement and we would provide training for the right candidate. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a clean and efficient parts & accessories environment
  • Greet customers promptly, in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Must possess multitasking skills while maintain individual customer satisfaction
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
  • Inform customers of current sales on merchandise and special events happening in the dealership
  • Looking up parts and quoting prices for parts using EPC and Harley-Davidson catalogs
  • Create floor displays
  • Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean and appealing to customers
  • Updating inventory control system and parts catalogs, completing cycle counts
  • Assist in organizing stock room and replenishing stock parts in correct locations
  • Maintaining special order and/or backorder logs
  • Participate in cycle counts and year end inventory
  • Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for parts and accessories
