Our growing company is searching for an Assistant Sales Manager.

Job Description:

This position oversees operations, sales, and management of Rentals Associates within the Rentals Department.  Ensure sales department contributes acceptable levels of gross and net profit.  Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, rental sales by using proactive feature and benefit sales techniques. 

What we require:

• 3+ years experience within a motor vehicle dealership
• Experience with point-of-sale and customer management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to experience with other systems
• Current, valid motorcycle license.
• Knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
• Must have good computer skills
• Demonstrated willingness to work flexible hours
