Rental Counter Associate (Part-time)

Overview

A growing Harley Davidson dealership that is located in Southern California is looking for a Part Time Rental Associate to join our Service Department. 

Past experience in a motorcycle dealership and knowledge of the Harley-Davidson product line would be beneficial, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a rental reservation calendar.
• Scheduling new and adjusting existing reservations.
• Light maintenance and weekly safety checks on entire rental fleet.
• Ability to work with paper and computer files for each customer.
• Keeping track of rental fleet inventory as well as maintenance/service needs.
• Run weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Interact with all other departments on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, customer service and computer skills.
• Organized, Professional, and ability to Multitask.
• Clean driving record and current driver’s license with M-1 endorsement.
• Willingness to work flexible hours/days.
• Ability to move/ride bikes up to and including the Electra Glide Ultra Limited.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
