We are a fast growing business looking for a full-time Quality Control Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin to work at our corporate office located in Norwalk, California. SSR Motorsports is a leading importer and distributor in the power sports industry. We offer a full line of power sports products such as off-road and on-road motorcycles, scooters, UTVs, ATV's, and electric bicycles to dealerships nationwide. *Responsibilities and Duties* Technical Motorcycle knowledge is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have previous similar work experience. · Communicate through email or phone with various suppliers overseas in both Mandarin and English. · Establish and maintain vehicle production change logs. · Support R&D and technical departments on various projects as a communication buffer between company and suppliers. · Work with technicians and warehouse on inspecting every shipment of products. · Work with technicians and marketing departments in preparing new product/model launch. · Work with various departments to report issues and complaints or file claims to suppliers. Bilingual/fluent with Chinese Mandarin is required for this position.
