As our CAD Designer & CNC Programmer, you will transform concepts into industry-leading products by designing components, developing efficient machining strategies, and improving manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with our leadership and production teams to bring new innovations from concept to finished product.

What You’ll Do
Design new products and improve existing product lines using CAD software
Create CNC programs for precision-machined components
Develop fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing processes
Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and quality
Support product development from concept through production
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle times and improve manufacturability
Help drive innovation across our brands and operations
