Powersports of  Vallejo, Inc. is looking for a experienced motorcycle technicians, a parts counter specialist and a sale person. We are seeking qualified, detail oriented, and reliable individuals with a passion for motorcycles to join our service and parts team.

Job Expectations For Service Technician:
Include, but not limited to:
– Basic motorcycle servicing, repair and accessory installation
– Effectively diagnose motorcycles in a timely manner.
– Some minor modification and fabrication of parts for custom obs.
– Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers when necessary.
– Complete jobs within allotted labor times with excellent attention to detail and quality control.
– Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
– Versatile team player willing to adapt and adjust to get the job done.
– Willing to travel for training.
– Test ride completed jobs to verify work performed.

Job Requirements:
– A passion for motorcycles and riding.
– Formal training and or verifiable work history a must.
– Factory training a plus.
– Have your own tools and be willing to purchase tools if necessary (Factory specific tools supplied).
– Excellent communication and people skills.
– Full time schedule – Tuesday through Saturday.
– Stable work history and verifiable references.
– Drive to succeed in a team and performance based environment.
– Valid driver’s license, M1 and clean driving record.

Job Expectations For Sales Person:
Include, but not limited to:
– Full time Tuesday through Saturday.
– Description: greet, meet, finance, process and close the sale.
– Follow up after the sale.
– Communicate effectively with the service manager and customers when necessary.
– Task on task such as advertising and promotion.
– Work with lenders and finance companys.
– Good with paperwork and product knowledge.
– We will train the right person.
