Service Advisor / Service Writer(Service Sales Associate)

Overview

Thunder Tower Harley-Davidson in Columbia, SC has an opening for a Service Sales Associate (Service Advisor).  The best qualified candidate will have experience at a Harley-Davidson dealership working in the Service Department checking in bikes, creating work orders, talking with customers, submitting warranty claims, etc.  We will consider candidates who have done similar work at automobile service departments as well.  Great customer service skills and communciation skills are required.  Must be computer literate as well. Talon experience preferred or abiltiy to learn.
