Phoenix Handlebars is looking for driven, independent Outside Sales Representatives to expand our dealer network and grow our presence in key territories. This is a perfect addition to an established rep’s portfolio—especially for someone already calling on powersports dealerships and looking to add a premium, rider-focused brand to their lineup.

The Opportunity

As an Independent Outside Sales Rep, you’ll represent Phoenix Handlebars within your territory, building relationships with dealers, opening new accounts, and growing reorder business. You’ll be armed with a strong product story, proven sales tools, and a brand that genuinely helps dealers sell more confidently.

This is a 1099, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential—ideal for entrepreneurial reps who thrive on performance-driven income.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and onboard new powersports dealerships
• Maintain and grow existing dealer relationships
• Educate dealers on Phoenix Handlebars’ product line and fitment philosophy
• Demonstrate how the TRU•RIDE Bend Selector improves customer satisfaction and sales
• Attend dealer events, open houses, and trade shows when applicable
• Act as a trusted partner to dealers in your territory

What We’re Looking For

• Proven outside sales experience in the powersports, motorcycle, or cycling industries
• Existing dealer relationships a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
• Passion for riding and the powersports lifestyle
• Strong communication and follow-through
