Motorcycle Technician Needed. $1,000.00 signing bonus! (PCP Motorsports)

We are seeking an A/B level service technician that is self-motivated with great communication skills and values customer satisfaction to join our team. We are a large multi-line dealership that sells Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat and Argo vehicles.

Essential Functions: Must be able to perform the following:

– Full and complete diagnostics of vehicles.

– Communicate to service manager/service staff the necessary repairs verbally and in writing.

– Work in a fast pace environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality.

– Work in a clean and professional manner.

– Follow all safety guidelines in both the shop and test ride area.

– Train and Mentor less experienced technicians.

– Efficiency in time management, productivity and meeting deadlines.

– Abide by all dealership policies and procedures.

– Complete any specific duties that deemed necessary to the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.

– Be able to work with Lightspeed operating system (willing to train).

Qualifications:

– Must have your own full and complete set of tools.

– Must have a current and valid California driver’s license with a M1 endorsement.

– Must have clean driving record.

– Must have dealership experience with Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, and Arctic Cat.

– Must have reliable transportation.
