Overview

We are seeking an A/B level service technician that is self- motivated with great communication skills and values customer satisfaction to join our team. We are a large multi-line dealership that sells Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Sherco, and Argo vehicles.

Essential Functions – MUST be able to perform the following:

  • Full and complete diagnostics of vehicles.
  • Communicate to service manager/service staff the necessary repairs verbally and in writing.
  • Work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality.
  • Work in a clean and professional manner.
  • Follow all safety guidelines in both the shop and test ride area.
  • Train and mentor less experienced technicians.
  • Efficiently manage time, productivity, and meet deadlines.
  • Abide by all dealership policies and procedures.
  • Complete any specific duties that are deemed necessary to the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.
  • Be able to work with Lightspeed EVO operating system (willing to train).

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have your own full and complete set of tools.
  • Must have a current and valid California driver’s license with M1 endorsement.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must have dealership experience with Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Honda, KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, and Sherco.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
