Overview
BMW Motorcycles of Escondido is looking for a customer focused and highly motivated parts and accessories specialist.
Major Responsibilities Include:
-Working directly with service technicians to ensure their parts and accessory needs are being met with the right items, the first time, and in a timely manner.
-Maintaining full familiarity with dealer management software, inventory control, and electronic parts catalogs.
-Communicating with sales and service personnel with regard to parts and accessories orders.
-Maintaining cleanliness of parts department and accessory display areas.
-Ability to merchandise the accessory and rider apparel displays in a manner best suited to maximize sales.
-Keeping inventory correct and neatly organized.
-Provide sales department support with vehicle accessories and rider apparel.
-Display professional and courteous attitude while working with customers to provide them with your expertise on all parts, accessories, and rider apparel.
-Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with a positive attitude showing empathy towards the customer's situation.
