REDLINE POWERSPORTS a multi-line dealership looking for an EXPERIENCED PARTS MANAGER and PARTS ASSOCIATES to join our dealership in the FUN and SUNNY MYRTLE BEACH South Carolina! We are one of the largest Powersports Dealers on the East Coast. We have Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Can-AM, Sea-Doo, and Polaris. Also we have Yamaha Waverunners, Yamaha Scooters, Yamaha Viking, Honda Pioneer, Honda Scooters, Kawasaki Mule/TeryX, and Polaris Genrators. Qualified candidates must be employee focused, customer service and sales driven, and possess excellent management, employee training skills, and customer service skills.

Parts Manager has the primary responsibility to maximize the net profit of the department while maintaining the highest level or customer and employee satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain a smooth running, efficient Parts & Accessories Department.
- Supervise and maintain an accurate up-to-date inventory management and control system.
- Focus on daily sales targets, manage those and ensure they are met and exceeded.
- Develop advertising and promotional campaigns for merchandise.
- Handle customer complains reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer experience.
- Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees.
- Plan and execute operations and profitability of the department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in retail sales and supervisory capacity.
- Prefer knowledge and experience with servicing of the brands we carry and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
- Experience with Lightspeed and Parts & Service Management computer software or the ability to quickly learn due to general knowledge and experience with computers.
- Understanding and ability to move inventory; be creative with displays.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and retain quality employees.
